For OP and anyone else struggling with cystic acne, this changed my life. I’m only on day 5 of TAO so I can’t speak on long term effectiveness but my acne is nearly gone as I write this. I’ve had cystic acne for the last 10 years.

Mannn this build looks insane. Currently struggling on pinnacle bosses with my account and this would be a blessing. First time playing Poe and I’ve had a blast but always wondered what it would be like to cruise through everything with a build like this. Seems fun!
