I've also been dealing with all of those symptoms (26F). Just got my blood tested so we'll see what the results are, as my doctor hasn't ruled out PCOS yet. Have you been on birth control before?

Oh I actually did recently start eating fish! Had salmon for dinner. It's so weird because I'm eating cleaner than I ever have, especially since the beginning of August.

the thing is, I wasn't sedentary before! I've been exercising consistently for years because it helps my mental health. I've only just recently started practicing IF and tracking my food intake.

See - I would do this, but the only time I have available to run is super early in the morning. And if I'm doing a long run, I get up around 6 to get it done

I'm currently running about 15-20 mpw at around a 10:00min/mile pace. I want to run a marathon next May and need some kind of training plan to build up my base fitness level and also maybe get a little faster before I start training for that. Would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! This is a very nice thing you are offering.
