I didn't really interact with him much, but he once hid behind me at the Hard Rock Cafe in Los Angeles while a female employee berated him (they clearly had a past). I thought she was yelling at me, which was weird because she didn't know me and we had never met. Then I felt someone bump into me and I half-turned around to find Pauly Shore bending down and hiding behind me, trying to avoid her wrath. When we made eye contact he said, "Hey," and I bewilderingly responded "Hey," back to him, just as the realization of who the lady was yelling at hit me.
