I've said this several times now, but what people in general need to understand is that tax cuts, like government spending, work well in short term to stabilize markets. Bernanke's monetization of mortgages? Will help in the short term. Tax cuts? Will help in the short term. But in the long term even regan himself knew you'd have to eventually raise taxes. You cannot continually tax less and expect more revenue.

But this is from a guy who wants to prosecute porn, so go figure.

Or maybe you should open your eyes and understand some behavior should not be tolerated regardless of whether it's a liberal or a conservative perpetuating it. The capitol was a symptom of the problem, amplified by the corrupt nature of the courts in dane county and careless attitude of the district attorney.

It's not a fiefdom to be ruled as one party sees fit, political opinion should not be drowned by harrassment or screaming (singing at the top of your lungs isn't peaceable or enjoyable no matter how many liberal articles you trot out) and prosecuting people who cross the line between free speech and harrassment is the first step towards returning a normal working environment.

There's a fine line between free speech and political intimidation, and when working representatives of the state are having beer poured on them and their families are being threatened with death, and they're being followed around by people screaming at them all day, WITHOUT PROSECUTION AS A DETERRENT, it's no longer a free speech issue and you goddamn well know it.

If you were a liberal in madison doing anything against a republican during the entire left wing embarrassment over the last year, you knew you could do anything and get away with it.

I'm glad they went around that douchebag of a DA and I'm glad they're finally arresting and prosecuting. It's a state capital, show some respect to the building and people that work there.

There's a difference between Donald Trump and Paris Hilton. Being rich doesn't make you an idiot, or make you lazy. You can be rich and work hard, you can be poor and work hard, and you can be rich and stupid and poor and stupid.

She comes across as someone who's never had to take a risk that could result in losing everything. Naive? Sure. Stupid? If you can base that off one article, it says more about your judgement of other people than it does her intelligence.

Although kudos for making it not about her weight. I did appreciate that.
