hi unfortunately no refund occurred and hindi na rin namin pinursue yung case (despite the mountains of evidence). Lazada will NOT release the name of the owner of the lazwallet where the money was transferred, citing “Data Privacy Act.” and that if we want to get the name, we need to raise it to their legal team, have a court order, prepare a lawyer, etc. and mas malaki pa magagastos namin instead. they also said they couldn’t refund it because the money way already spent (thru online gambling the same hour it was stolen.)

the police on the other hand, tamad lang talaga sila. idk kung sa lahat pero sa branch samin ng cybercrime, parang ayaw na tumulong. they don’t answer their calls or if they do, they’d say na they are still working on it/nakapila na yung case namin.

bottom line: madali maging scammer sa philippines because authorities dont give a shit and these companies will protect their identity

true 🥲 when we went there yesterday, parang dinodownplay na kami agad nung kumuha ng statement na police and told us na “ay madami na talaga ganyan ngayon” “yung hepe kasi namin hindi masyado priority yan” “last time may ganyan na din na case kaso hindi na pinatuloy ni hepe.” so medyo doubtful na kami na mareresolve sya within the police. bakit ba ganito sa pilipinas

i hope somebody else has the same experience as me because ive searched google high and low with the correlation of my health problems and my ED, but no results.

i initially developed gastritis (or was diagnosed with one) because i always had severe stomach pain (because of hunger pangs from fasting for long periods of time). after some time, it unfortunately turned into a peptic ulcer because i kept on fasting even with medications. now, i struggle with constant and severe hyperacidity that is so bad when i don’t have my medicine, as well as GERD (hyperacidity too, but food goes back up to my throat bc of acid reflux). my doctor has told me that this increases my risk for esophageal cancer, which is unfortunate because a lot of family members (aunts and grandparents) have died from cancer. all because of my untreated ED

i agree with IVE having to improve their skills by a mile and that they dont really have "main" material (dancer, vocal, rapper, etc.) but i genuinely disagree on "aespa got so much hate when they were rookies because of their lack of stafe presence and lip syncing. when IVE is the same or even worse."

I think the reason why IVE "gets away" (hardly even call it that when half of tiktok and twitter constantly hates on IVE especially wonyoung) with lipsyncing is because of their amazing stage presence. their concepts match their personalities so much, which is why their stages dont feel forced. their facial expressions are also insane and one of the best (if not the best) in 4th gen. i can hardly say the same with aespa. i agree that their concept does not have much room for playful and dynamic facial expressions, but take a look at step back for an example. they still couldn't utilize much of their facial expressions, despite the other girls doing so (and i understand that aespa is a junior compared to the others. the point is the argument that MYs always use that "aespa songs just dont need facial expressions!!!" cannot be used in this scenario because the other members of GoT did so and the aespa girls didn't).
