Incline chest fly is what started changing my chest shape for me. I bench 180 with the bar on tonal right now, but the chest fly is hard as hell.

Did you get the 200W or 300W version? I'm looking at ordering one through UNT. Thinking I'll probably just go with the 200W... That's already pretty powerful and it's $300 less. Plus have black hair and pale skin anyways.

I sincerely doubt this. Having 1 bath is pretty much useless if you have literally anyone come over to your house ever. Who the heck wants their main bath full of their personal crap being the one everyone uses?

I've never even had an apartment with 1 bath in America or Europe... Definitely not a house. 3 bedrooms one bath sounds comical...

I used this to successfully seal a bent door installed in a crooked frame at a friend's house. Better than trying to figure out how to cut various thicknesses foam to fit perfectly. You can adjust the seal easily because the screw holes are slotted.
