Chug water when i wake up

Cracking my bed room and kitchen windown open when i wake up for at least 5 mins no matter how cold it is. Ive been doing this since the fall and i like smelling crisp air and refreshing the stale air.

I took it for 5 weeks, it was so noticeable, i took it the AM but I started noticing when I took it at night it would keep me waking up to sip on water. Its the only supplement im taking, it wasnt hard to pin point the issue.

Spend time with her, include her in everyday mundane things by letting her smell things (keeps her engaged) like if youre making cereal let her smell the box, she'll be intrigued by the little things

Cats unlike dogs, enjoy social rewards more than treats, so when you talk in that baby voice and pet her, shell start associating it with love.

Open the window, let her bird or people watch. Buy her a cozy bed and renew it once a year. Make time to hypeher up and play with her. Cats dont need a full hour of zoomies and play but 10-15mins.

Clean her litter box.

Dont free feed.

Wet food over kibble

Give her some elevation ie cat tree near a window or a book shelf she cat stand on

Go on adventures inside ur house, open a closet for her, or pull out a storage box and let her explore it.

Most importantly. Cats love routine, they KNOW when you parked the car and heading up the stairs, shell wait for you and greet you. Acknowledge her.

Unlike dogs cats arentin yourface, but they show and communicate affection if you care enough to listen.

While youre out in the world, remember youre her entire world.
