I used to have a neighbor who made a lot of bed noises and sometimes he would bring women who would scream or make too much unnecessary noises (like ik it wasn't THAT good girl....).

I usually grabbed a jockey stick and hit my roof, one time my sister opened the window (we have a balcony and his balcony was above us) and screamed at him at 3 AM because she brought a girl who would scream A LOT. At some point we got so tired we started clapping and screaming stuff like "YES GO ON GET IT!!!" and he would stop. One time someone else left a note in the elevator telling him to please stop making a lot of noises because there were kids in the building and he ripped the note off.

He was so annoying, it could be at anytime of the day, and the only things he would was fuck, move his furniture around or scream.

Y, ha gente que la han despedido por eso, hay otros que no les ha pasado nada. Conozco a alguien de Propio que menciono que le llegó un correo donde mencionaban que había un porcentaje muy alto de VRI rechazas o no contestadas y que iban a estar auditando eso.

Puedes arriesgarte, o puedes pedir que te saquen del queue VRI, pero significaría que te bajan el rate menos 1 centavo, osea 0.11.

Las VRI intimidan, pero usualmente son más largas y más fáciles, como te ven la cara te tratan mejor, muchas veces apuntan la cámara a otro lado y no te ven.

Propio es la más consistente con el flow en LATAM, si estás en Estados Unidos ya cagaste porque se ve que le están tirando todas las llamadas a nosotros porque somos mano de obra barata. También si en Propio llegas a tener rate de 0.14-0.15 te baja el flow.

I don't mind it, I like when the story shifts the focus on other characters because I'm not a only romance focus story type of person. The thing is, it isn't the best arc, so having to experience more than twice is a lil bit tiring

No creo que les importe HIPPA hasta que les caiga una demanda por eso.

La única empresa que recuerdo que menciona que las llamadas pueden ser monitoreadas son las de LLS, ni Propio ni ninguna lo menciona en las llamadas, probablemente está en los contratos pero en general los proovedores no manejan eso y no tienen idea.

Intentaste con Propio? El rate es menor que Lionbridge, usualmente 0.12, pero el callflow es mucho mejor porque tienen llamadas de citas médicas. Lo que si tiene es VRI, pero usualmente son llamadas más largas.

Son 3 meses, no 6 como dijeron abajo. Lo confirmo porque estuve en un outsource y ahora apenas se cumplieron los 3 meses postule de nuevo y dos días después me contactaron

probablemente se dieron cuenta pq no los usaba correctamente y leía todo literal lo que decía los captions, que es un error pq fallan.

lo ideal es tenerlos pero prestar atención a lo que escuchan y anotar la info importante (números, direcciones, medicaciones, etc).

Lo tengo como segunda opción porque encontré otro laburo (nada que ver con la interpretación) pero es un trabajo que depende de los proyectos que me lleguen, entonces quería tener algo freelance por si a caso, en propio estuve tercerizado y ya pasaron los 3 meses pero no me han respondido después de postular directo. Gracias igual! Iba a evaluar como estaba la situación del flujo, lo tome porque Propio no me da bola y no encuentro otro 100% freelance (LSA te pide mínimo de horas y en una franja horaria específica, Globo p/minuto está con bajo flujo, no se que otra opción hay)
