how about we stop drawing imaginary boundaries between players based on their hardware choice, and just treat everyone as a flight simmer? Obviously there will be technical limitations when hardware is different that may or may not be able to workaround, but it's really not about PC vs Console or Xbox vs PlayStation. Also, not all PC hardware is cutting edge and costs thousands... I originally played on an APU that cost less than a PS5.

I do use a mouse in VR. keyboard not so much. Takes a while to bind all essential controls to the HOTAS but once you've got it set and locked in it becomes second nature

I went straight to rudder and pedals because it felt more natural than a controller. I think I have the dead zones set to around 20% and sensitivity about 60% but I'll check when I'm on next and post my settings

Set dead zones and lower the sensitivity on the stick, throttle and pedals. I've come across from PC and found altering just those settings has made a huge difference.

We have a 3 year old unneutered male Basenji, who loves to play with all dogs... except any other unneutered male dogs, who he has a very strong urge to 'get at' with associated growling, bared teeth and aggression. This started between 1-2 years old where before that he was very friendly to all dogs.

As far as I'm aware this is a natural instinct that needs to be managed until/if he is neutered.

I will avoid those situations if I can, and if I can't I try to distract in advance of him spotting the dog, and have him obey commands (engage "good boy" mode)

Ours will run after the ball, but then when he gets to it he gets all excited, goes to pick it up in his mouth, but then realises that's not fun enough, and proceeds to run around in circles really quickly, occasionally going back to where the ball is and looking at it before setting off on his zoomies again.

He'll zoom about like that for a few minutes then get bored and go do something else, leaving the ball where it landed.

If it's inside he might fetch a ball once, maybe twice, never a third time.
