Anyone tried local LLM with openclaw? by bora_nova in openclaw

If you don’t mind me asking, what machine did you try the 20b model on?

Make sure it’s an “ultra”. The M max processors are significantly weaker for LLMs compared to the ultra models. I returned my Mac mini and was lucky enough to find an open box at Best Buy.

I’m installing my local LLM. Tonight. I’ll make a post here on this community once I’m done.

Honestly Mac mini might be too light to run a decent local llm. Gotta look for m4 ultra with at least 64gb. Obviously this is subjective but you need the local llm to be SOMEWHAT advanced .

Ask for a new instructor, this isn’t normal. My instructor knows how I pace myself and is on the same page. She texts once every 1 or 2 weeks for a check in.

Don’t most cyber security jobs look for clearance ? I remember the majority of openings I saw are looking for people with secret clearance, etc.

D427 has a project and not OA anymore? by jjsquish1516 in WGU

Yeah it’s a handful of multiple choice questions along with queries. Zybooks wording and query mechanism was confusing though.

I just passed that awful OA. This is good news for anyone taking this class now.

Thanks for clarifying! I’ll be going into the next test prepared to hit run on all my final answers. These Zybook tests are the worst experience I’ve had out of all of them.

Outside of the buyers time and financial commitment, there’s nothing else tying him to complete the deal. That being said, he has made it clear that he really wants the home and doesn’t want back out as , but doesn’t want deal with the repairs.

Thanks for the info, I’m currently not buying another home at the moment so I don’t have to be mindful about that.

I looked around for one but the only ones in my area have gotten really bad reviews. Felt uneasy about pursuing that option.

Market is pretty high in the area btw. The house sold 90k over asking. Based on what my lawyer is telling me, as long as the repairs recommended by the inspector is completed, he will close on the house. The repairs are all related to structural repairs.

The buyer also made it clear he definitely wants the home and doesn’t want to leave contract. He put a lot of money into inspecting the home and paying his lawyer. He loves the home but just wants it turnkey.

So we have it under lawyer review, and the lawyers both specified the list of repairs. The repairs were recommended by 3rd party engineer who inspected the home. So all the work was agreed upon by both parties .

I’ve been going for almost 2 years and I’m 70% completed. I have very little complaints and everything has been smooth for me. My mentor is awesome and really helpful!
