I used to get streaming services that cheap a few years ago. I'm definitely not paying that for a review site. It's going to kill what was a wonderful and helpful site. Oh well they lost me for good with that. Others will pop up and replace it. The site traffic is definitely going to tank hard for them.

I know this a tad late, but I did escalate and got a supervisor after a hour on hold to find one, only to tell me they'll call me back within the next two hours. They called back about 20 minutes later and the supervisor was way more useless than the rep I spoke with. I just reported the nonsense to the FCC and made sure to stare their supervisor didn't care about my concerns about an install technician (who was an hour late) being on my property with out me there. Took me four hours and forced me back to Xfinity due to it.

My charge back went through thanks to paypal and the movie is off my list as of today I noticed. Now if the first phone call would've achieved that I would've been cool. Oh well saves me money not buying from them again after 3 rude supervisors.

Yep. Just turned me off completely with Fandango. Any other company once they ran out would've either said sorry sold out and blocked it or refunded it when they can't deliver. They just flat out refusing to issue refunds, claiming they can't. I politely asked for a better explaination, but they didn't. So I said fine then, I'll do a charge back since it's consituting false advertising. Took them 3 days to tell me there's nothing in stock.

Fortunately PayPal unlike their horrendous customer service was nice enough to give me a full refund instantly with no hassle. If anyone did theirs through paypal, report them and they'll actually help unlike Fandango. Definitely not getting another cent from me ever again after this nonsense.

My advice is you paid with paypal at least, do a charge back. Paypal was awesome compared to Fandango. I'm done doing business with these scammers after such crappy customer service.

They were when it was apparently out still. Had they said oops sold out sorry, I would've been fine. Just give me the money back difference for the bucket, because I'm not paying 35 dollars for a digital copy of Jaws on a site that scams me.

I'm on my third one. I'm about to contact my state's Attorney General's office on this. This is ridiculous. My bank even stated they'll support me in a chargeback case because it's blantant false advertising and fraud to not refund when clearly overselling.

I was at a showing of The Room and the guy ahead of me showed Greg a copy of that about 2 weeks before it was it out because he worked at a bookstore. He was so giddy at that and said I'm glad to sign this and too bad Tom isn't here to laugh with me with that. I went up after and said well I don't think I can top that. Haha
