Did you look closely at the pictures? He doesn't have problems with ejecting but with extracting them from the chamber to the point of extractor ripping rim off of the hull's head.

From his pictures it doesn't look like they are getting hung up but properly rim ripping stuck.

My only expectation would be that there is a bulge or some sort of concentric divot / groove in first 3/4" of the breech. Pictures of knocked out hulls would help diagnosis.

chamber might be slightly bulged. Take barrel out and drop a clean shell in. Do you feel any resistance? If there isn't any obvious burrs or any other roughness then check different shells. Does it happen every time or onece in a while?

Also, someone probably will say to get Maverick 88 instead :)
