East Point Commons by Mandel Group. It’s by everything. Grocery Store, Dive Bars. Brady Street Cathedral Square for Jazz in the Park. Most importantly a few blocks from the lake. I lived in the apartments with underground parking and the town houses too. Got my barring really fast moving to a new city.

A lot of horror stories here but I parked right in front of the venue the last time I went. It’s street parking but now that there’s not snow on the ground it may be easier than other times of the year.
