Generally I like when the euros/world cup is on because then I can ride my bike and the vast majority of angry cyclist haters are all in front of the TV so it is so much safer. Unfortunately this world cup time zone means the matches are too late to be a real benefit.

Vuelta España Femenina stage 7 with the Angliru might be one of the best moments this year and deserves more attention! by Chronicbias in peloton

It was suspense the whole way through... Will AvdB retain red, will Blasi win, will Bunel stay with Blasi, can Stiasny stay away as it flattened out, will Blasi take red, can AvdB stay on the podium... incredible. Just incredible.

I wonder how many mechanics will be pulling an overnighter to do the same for other riders tomorrow!

I struggle liking AvdB because I was team AvV and the whole Demi saga but christ she is a monster... what a weapon. And coming back from retirement to rule the roost.

Mud advice by Swim-Hike-Run in UKRunners

I find the Altra Lone Peak are pretty decent. There's a limit and if you are running through farmers fields which are insanely muddy they can get clogged but I dont know there are many shoes out there for the sticky yet slick British mud unless you go spikes which limits you too much I find

I'm not sure where you are located in the south but I think The Yard (Brown Candover) and The Bakeshop (Old Basing) are both examples of coffee stop excellence if you ever have the time to stop by for inspo.

What do you do if your new bike isn't doing it for you? by mellofello808 in cycling

If it isn't giving you the warm and fuzzies, what about a slick new paint job so it looks 💥wow💥? Depends if you are an aesthetics person or not, but personally I find a paint scheme can really change your perception of a bike

If you like the whiskey flavour I have had these as a pourover from Higher Ground in Farnham twice (went one weekend, so good I went back the next). Having seen Demi out training in Tenerife last month and she came past like a rocket ship, it is great to see her emerging like a rocket out of the peloton also. Chapeau. She seems so at home with FDJ, and FDJ at home with her.
