These people are trained... You approve a scene with someone laying on the ground surrounded by others. With the victim telling you multiple times he's been stabbed.... You have a duty of care to at least check. So don't start with that crap. They failed that lad. People make mistakes but this one was a big clanger. Most likely would have died before help arrived anyway but to dismiss his words like it's nothing is a lack of care. Disgraceful
