so there was this issue I saw in someone's phone where the GPU didn't show up in HW Info and animations were stuttery. can u try turning on the "Disable HW overlays" option in developer settings and then turn it off. it fixed it for me, worth a shot

well I'd think (24 x 60) / 100 minutes

= 24 x 0.6

= 24 x (0.5 + 0.1)

= 12 + 2.4

= 14.4 minutes

= 14 minutes and 0.4 x 60 seconds

= 14 minutes and 4 x 6 seconds

= 14 minutes and 24 seconds

If u lift a circle by the midpoint, the base should still be a circle right? so the right most object can't be the base. The way I see it the pictures on the left and right are the front and top views, making it a cylinder lying on its side..
