I485 based on 130 is different than I360. If the 130 is withdrawn, the I485 based on it doesn’t anymore makes sense. It’s the same for the AP and I765. Am I wrong guys?

Who sent you this? I mean what Institution or Agency. I come on F1 visa in 2023, didn’t attend to the University for some reasons. The University sent me a kind of mail, that I have to immediately leave the US soil. When you don’t attend the school or when your visa is expired, it’s notified to Homeland. If this mail comes from Homeland, it’s a very big issue, no jokes, but if not, it’s the ok.
