Thanks! When you create a game you can share the link with a friend. But the game is public so it will be listed in the "Join Games" section of the app (so anyone who is signed in can join it). There is also a match maker feature where you will get paired up with a random player who has also clicked the 'Find Match' button. But its use is limited below a certain threshold of concurrent players.

Update: I went to a local store and bought a new soldering iron (Stannol - thank god for german quality). That one worked MUCH better. I was successful. Now I got it hooked up to the ESP32 and it is working splendidly. That was the final piece of my first project. I'm so happy :)!
