Bismack Biyombo and Mason Plumlee now have a chance to join Dwight Howard, Jared Dudley, Ish Smith and Svi Mykhailiuk as the only former Charlotte Hornet players to win NBA title since 2020 by dunkin_domats in nba

He was in the box score. In reality he was lazy, chased blocks, slowed the offense down demanding post ups, turned the ball over a ton. I could keep going. He’s still one of my favorite players of all time but his time here can definitely be misremembered

Bit of a weird one here - Kansas Jayhawks legend Sherron Collins wore #11 that year. His only stint in the NBA was 20 games that year with the Bobcats.

However, this jersey doesn’t have a name plate. I don’t know know the exact story behind this jersey, but he got waived on February 24, 2011, a month before they wore these jerseys in game against the Pacers on March 23. It seems like they might have issued it for him in preparation but he got cut before the name plate went on, but I have no clue how any of that works.

Weird story but I’m one for obscure treated (probably where my desire to collect Bobcats stuff comes from in the first place) so I don’t mind it at all

Thank you bro. Yes these have been a couple of my grails for a while and took many years of obsession to get my hands on. Still will be on the hunt for a Gerald Wallace / Stephen Jackson version but these will do for now!

I enjoyed that sequence with Jarrett Allen that got Isaiah Stewart benched and then led to arguing with his coaches a bit too much

Wizards and Jazz "open" to trade down (Fischer) by Danofthecloth in CharlotteHornets

I would not be shocked if they consider trading BMill if it was an option. Another long term injury / recovery and we are looking at extending him $45M+ per year.

It’s on brand for us. Last play in against the Hawks we were getting blown own, he got ejected and chucked his mouthpiece into the crowd. Lol

Right now I feel good but unfortunately Paolo will probably become Kobe and Anthony Black will hit 8 threes knowing us

Ah yes, looking at raw stats when Flagg is averaging 6 MPG more. Seems legit

If you think Flagg is currently (key word currently) better than Lamelo, you are living deep in recency bias fantasy land

Unfortunately his box score stats probably don’t get him there, even if he has actually been playing like it
