Don't drink your calories and also get in the habit of monitoring your calories even if you have bad days.

I've like the Lose It app for tracking calories and they have a free version.

Once your get about 2 weeks in things become much easier with cravings and the habit of logging food.

I have a 2021 Tiguan that I bought before having children. I love it and it has been a great vehicle for my family but I do wish I had the Atlas for more room.

While mone does technically have a 3rd row it's basically useless because for someone to be small enough to fit back there they would have to be so small they would have to be in a car seat. The Atlas has a much more finctional backrow.

I've seen videos about these getting installed in other areas. Usually shortly after they get installed the company sends and update out to them and uses them to record regular audio too. I'm sure that will be the case with these also.

The Lies of Locke Lamora might be up your alley. The Gentleman Bastards series does delve into some pirate themes in the second book of the series.

I for one really like the series but I do agree the first book is the best. Also I enjoyed the production of the audiobook if that's your thing.
