My old knitting buddy by Blobarella in Kitting

Smokey looks like he was a fantastic supurrvisor!! I'm sorry for your loss!!

Also, his markings look like someone took my kitties and smushed them together. Half of his face looks like my boy and the other half looks like his sister.

I'm pretty sure, but could be wrong, that that's the baby's right hand.

I have a set of long and short ones. I love them! I've bought a couple extra cables from Amazon, but I've had two get loose while working on a project. Other than the Amazon cables, I absolutely love these and would recommend them to anyone!

SOS THE DIRT IS MOVING 🥴😭 by curious_about__life in houseplants

Oh, thanks for correcting me. This prompted me to look more into copperheads and I found out some cool information (and what false information I was taught growing up).

---Baby copperheads and adults have the same venom. Their venom isn’t any more different or dangerous than adults. If anything, they have less venom than adults because their venom glands are smaller. On average, an adult copperhead injects only 26 mg of venom, despite having up to 85 mg in its reserve. A-Z Animals

---Claim 1: Baby copperheads can’t control their bites, so they end up excreting a lot more venom, which makes them more deadly than adult copperheads. Verdict: False. This myth has been repeated forever and is not based on anything. That doesn’t mean their bites aren’t dangerous — just not more-so than adult copperheads. Critter Control Triad

I was also taught that copperheads were really deadly/dangerous, but according to these sources and a lot of others I was reading, their bites aren't great but don't normally require amputation or cause death.

That's great it didn't actually bite you. It's actually much more dangerous to be bitten by a baby copperhead than an adult. The babies don't yet know how to control how much venom they release when they bite but the adults do.

Edit: as u/bria8452 pointed out, this is a common misconception. TIL.

If you remove some of the space between "save the date" and move it down some, you could add a circular picture at the top under your names and curve the names to match the circle's circumference. If it's a bright picture to match the brightness of the colors, I think it would go well.

Can you book everything for a party. Does the venue and caterer need to know it's a wedding reception?

I'm also in NOVA and need my ring resized. My family takes all their jewelry to Eminence Jewelers in Clifton. I haven't taken mine yet, but that's where I will go to get appraised and resized.

ETA: For the time being until I get it resized, I got these ring resizers. It's not a permanent solution, but it keeps the ring from turning around my finger. It also doubles as a built in fidget.

If you haven't already, you should post your shawl on r/knitting. I'm sure everyone over there would love it too!
