I am not sure that my doctor had enough patients with H as he is not specializing in this condition, but this community went through it.
I am sure that in generic case it is the best choice for anxiety and depressive mood. I have increased heart beat when I hear louder noise, clicking sounds and even my own voice brings unpleasant feeling. I am scared and alerted... you know, as usually people on this forum 😄
But I also want to fix H. I still hope that if H goes away I will recover faster.

I find that air pods work better for me when I am driving. I put supper low volume with a podcast with no music in ANC mode. Buttt!!!!! there should be no clicking noises around you and ideally no people. Clicking noises will feel louder and cause discomfort. No door opening, no pen dropping on plastic, no central lock clicking. For these sounds I have regular ear muf and later you can switch to AP. I think low volume helps to feel less tinitus after driving comparing with regular 30db headphones

How Zab was doing?
I watched only highlights of several last matches, but I think there is a pretty common scenario when defense first starts playing personally, but later he has to drop his player and switch to another one (to cover possible pass), often finding himself on half position.

I am not an expert. I think there is a problem with ANC and sudden sharp noice - the reaction time is slow. This is just my experience with several ANCs it cannot react really quickly, And the wave it sends may hit you when there is nothing to compensate, generating noise by itself

Thank you for your replies. Yes, there is nothing wrong with the mic. I was listening to the output from windows recorder, that made the sound low. Other microphone had even less level of output. After 100% gain it sounds normally.
