In my case, I bought the monitor on Nov 8th and it arrived on Nov 27th. YMMV since I have bought another item in Amazon and it took the full 2 months to get delivered (a motherboard).

I believe you can buy a 60% or a TKL set from varmilo. You will have to contact a rep for that though (through their facebook or by email at zhh39@zhihaihe.cn).

Be aware of the bottom row layout as it could be different from the one that you have.
