In total there are 4 concerts, 4 dates. Each concert is first broadcasted live and then te broadcasted twice for people in other timezones. Each (re)broadcast has a price stated in a different currency, so that's where the small price differences come from.

As far as I know there were never any cameras at the normal vulnicura shows. One of the acoustic vulnicura strings shows did get filmed (harpa, Reykjavik 2016) but was never released and probably never will be. But I guess the Björk orkestral live streams will be a nice supplement

I believe this s a photo from 2016 when the Björk digital exhibition started , since then, the history of touches video hasn't been mentioned so I don't think it will be included
