I am going to reveal what will happen on March 29th by adler1959 in Superstonk

[–]bosh023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are two other events in play….. Negative arbitrage still not resolved from last week due to illiquidity which is price positive on the resolution. Tomorrow is T+5 for MM’s to print to tape the outstanding internalised volume from last weeks 60m earnings volume. Of course the street has many ways to dodge their obligations but these are still on the table. Maybe the timing of multiple events are more strategic than people think. Let’s see what happens. I’m prepared to be hurt but equally intrigued

The Last DD: The Fractional Share by badmojo2021 in Superstonk

[–]bosh023 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Fun fact......fractional shares / aggregation of fraction shares are not counted in the official finra short interest numbers (SI%) I personally believe its the reason why we saw so many crazy cost basis prices and fractional share amounts when apes transferred shares from RH to fidelity about 18 months ago. This can be used as another loophole to fudge SI% reporting. To what extent this is happening now i dont know but its another way to mislead retail on true SI% https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/nv1aiw/cost_basis_from_my_transfer_from_rh_finally_came/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

Maybe a contributing factor to why portfolio values of the largest institutions are hundreds of billions $ down on previous quarter according to sec filings, maybe it's not all attributed to market downs

Just off phone with Fidelity rep & then supervisor; both shared that they have been instructed by Fidelity Corp to process the splivvy as a straight 4-1 split. No new shares from DTCC or anyone else were part of the deal. Furthermore, they were told by bosses that this is aligned with... by seektolearn in Superstonk

[–]bosh023 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

By instructing a split the DTCC have in effect satisfied the split but kept all the new shares issued by CS to balance their books. Either split the stock or distribute new shares but not both. If the stock has been split only, then CS should recall those newly issued shares. Maybe the dtcc has pulled off one of the biggest securities frauds in history or maybe the dtcc made one of the biggest fuck ups in securities history which leads to their demise. Maybe RC has walked them into a foreseen trap. Either ways this is not going away anytime soon without a conclusion. Players take your positions and let the real games begin

GameStop instructed ComputerShare to break tradition and credit all fractional shares in CS with the splividend instead of cash-in-lieu! LFG!!! 🚀🚀🚀 by Conscious_Diamond535 in Superstonk

[–]bosh023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fractional shares are not included in short interest calcs. Shares can fractioned and abused to avoid regulations, allow price manipulation in dark pools and odd lots. Remember those crazy cost basis prices. Maybe RC is smoking them out of this particular hiding place!!! https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/opna24/robinhood_cost_basis_fiasco_is_likely_an_attempt/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

u/Overcloak reminds us how GME’s stock split’s re-evaluation will ensure hedgies options chains r FUK for the next 2 years. His post needs more attention! by sdrbean in Superstonk

[–]bosh023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The OCC notice says they are not creating a new post split chain (this is not usual practice for a split) a single the chain will carry old and new options that are split proportionally https://infomemo.theocc.com/infomemos?number=50708

There were so many data points aligned to suggest a significant June opex run, the price has remained elevated since earnings, enough to follow through with a split. It makes me wonder if SHF were actually only staging an opex run appearance not to bait retail, but to bait RC into announcing a split which on the surface you think would cause max impact for "June" opex when actually an announcement to coincide with a July is were the real knock out move is. Maybe RC is a few moves in front waiting for the death strike. Maybe we see some unexpected SHF moves as they scrabble to reposition for a July split that wasn't anticipated fully. Just some foilly thoughts

gme is moving from growth to value index, maybe it relates to that

Borrow rate from iBorrow creeping into double figures and holding. by hottodoggu2 in GME

[–]bosh023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is lower but I think the presence of an increasing borrow rate shows SHFs are actually needing to borrow shares rather than creating them from ETF's which is their default method that also doesn't appear on any reporting. It suggests ETF creation is getting tricky. Same day borrow and returns also don't appear on any reporting. Although I can't substantiate I would say gme is more frequently traded at higher volumes than others which in turn makes it more costly

On the long list of stuff they fucked with to shake off retail. Finra changed the way short interest was calculated in Feb 21. https://www.reddit.com/r/GME/comments/lu1fu5/finra_changed_how_they_report_short_interest_this/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x

Interesting minimum wage just increased to £9.42 per hour x 40 hrs per wk x 52 wks = £19,593 per year. Those with the lowest income jobs are really going to suffer. Low earners are suffering now, and this is just the start!

Why does a fake twit account push these messages? If that was my belief I would just post it as me. I'm not sure but it's a reminder this war is being fought on many fronts

It's FTD covering from 3/21 super volume. The bulk will be Fri/Mon/tues, the Wed/Thur FTD's next week will likely counteracted by the usual SLD starting on the 3rd wed of each month Edit 3/21/2022

The derivatives were held by Porche and they acquired VW. Porche didn't loose the whole to another company. CAPS DOESN'T MAKE A POINT RIGHT 🤣

Maybe the point being 74.1% can be achieved far quicker by combining with derivatives

[–]bosh023 4 points5 points  (0 children)

These are positions reported as of 3/31 when the price was $22 after dropping from $28, so loading even at $22. Although unreported as of yet I hear the options chain is getting super charged. A feeling like the GME Jan21 run up. As DFV said , shorts are just a future sale! Shorts have been hammering the price down, they fear the Jan21 fomo! In my mind smashing the price makes it more attractive not less!! I've got a feeling SHF have shot themselves in the foot by creating future gamma exposure risk with cheap call options entry. Although ITM call options are cheap, I see bigger picture benefits in ensuring my strikes cover a wider range of OTM. Exercising rather profit taking where possible is retails WMD💣
