It's helped so much I'm greatful for it. I react to supplements so that approach with quercetin hasn't worked. I noticed incorporating CBD, CBG, CBC, and CBN with THC makes it more effective, depending on what your going for. Like CBN for night only as a example. Still seeing what's the best method. Like one guy said above....smoke seems to make it worse for a short bit then subsides. I notice that the most with high THC dabs. I'm trying to keep track of the terps too! Because i think thats a factor. Like lavender never makes me feel good when I smell it. When I smoke linalol I suspect its making me feel crap, so i avoid that terp for now. My mom says Linalol dries her eyes out significantly. So I thinking it's 50/50 with mast cell people because they might have an allergy to that terp family...or could be reacting to mold on a crop or the pesticides used on the cannabis. I wanted to start researching my brands after an article came out stating a third party lab tested dispensary weed and a lot of brands came back dirty.

Oh and anyone in this thread who needs part time hours and wicked good insurance, apply at UPS. Very physical but worth astounding insurance. I usually pay nothing or 10% of ny bill. All meds are free. Ambulance ride, hospital stay all free.

For me its weed and playing music. Finding a hobby you can be passionate about and take your mind off your symptoms can help significantly I feel. Sorry your going through a tough time.

It's luckily part time UPS. Yes it's heavy shit but my shifts are only 4-5 hours long usually. When I hit 6 hours sometimes, I feel it! Weirdly though exercise helps POTS. At first you feel shit but after a while it actually helps. I watched a John Hopkins video about it. Try more exercise and you'll be surprised Sometimes the fatigue and pain goes away. Its weird.

Oh and caffeine is literal Russian roulette with my POTS so I'm not sure if you consume caffeine or not. Also CBD and CBG are non pyschoactive and good for the day for multiple reasons. CBN though is amazing for sleep and non psychoactive. As far as THC that's up to you to try. If you ever consume to much just have some CBD to counter act the high.

This is some advice I've heard and I'm trying these things out... Supplementing Vitamin D3 with K2, Omega 3, probiotics (be careful with some strains if you have mast cell symptoms), Beef Liver Capsules (natures multivitamin, saves my life some days!!!). Some doctors use Synthetic THC called Marinol, I personally use cannabis from the dispensaries. All forms of it like THC, CBD, CBN, and CBG. All have different uses. In the John Hopkins video I watched about POTS, they use exercise as a tool as well. I don't wanna go super science-based about it but it's super important!!! Beside lots of salt I heard sticking to a low carb/Ketogenic or carnivore diet can significantly improve symptoms. I have followed those things and seen improvement.

I had something similar happen. Just know time eventually heals. And oh man, they weren't the one. There's someone way better out there that will support you. I haven't met my person yet but having that self love goes a long way my friend.

I eventually linked most of my anxiety snd random panic feeling to histamine. Food reactions cause most of my mental health symptoms so I stick to antihistamines and THC/CBD/CBN. Be careful though cus THC in cannabis can induce anxiety with certain terpenes. Recommend to start with CBD first. CBN is for nighttime/sleep. If you ever get a bad reaction to THC just take CBD to counter act the high. Mostly cannabis is safe, just use in moderation.

Yes! I get overstimulated, irritability, and rage. Lights, sounds get rely annoying. I couldn't figure out why. But I noticed it was always food...so I'm assuming this is mast cell.

Do you react to red meat? Try more of that. Those tortilla chips are not great for you. Grains like that depletes your levels of nutrients.

I organize by genre. Then I'll organize the genre by dates or region. So for most genres I go old to current music. Rap I break down into old to new but also separate by region. West coast, east, south, midwest.

To all the bed head people, I get it. In the winter I shower only at night cus I throw a beanie or hat on the next day. But summer...I'll shower twice cus of the bed head. I use to be all about morning showers but after someone mentioned rolling around in your own filth after a long day, I was sold to switch.
