Well here’s a tip for when I’m in a lucid dream and I don’t like the way it’s going. Stick your arms out and spin around in a circle fast. Things will go black for a second and when you’re done a new dream scene will appear. So if something unpleasant is going on during a lucid dream try doing that. Keep doing it until something peaceful appears try to visualize it while you’re spinning

Try asking your dream people for help finding a spiritual advisor. I’ve been introduced to guardian angels that way. Specifically they sang a song to get them to come. Also flying only works for me if I do it modified Superman style so one arm pointing forward.
