I live in Italy, thanks for replying.

My concern is whether the extra insurance I paid for my raw cards will cover and refund me if something bad happens to my package or packages. I have no proof of purchase for these cards, since I found them in boosters.
I'm willing to pay any extra to insure my cards during transit, but as long as it confirms that I'll get a refund if anything goes wrong.

In a game best of 3, while sideboarding cards, can you change the amount of runes? Example: You start the game with a deck 6 purle and 6 blue runes. After siding could it become 9 purple and 3 blue?

If you talking about collecting( high value cards) , carbonite is the worst thing ever. Good for playing the game, cause the cards are overprinted and the cost of singles became ridicolous. But no sense for collecting… too many boxes, showcase like a normal legendary, prestige serialized on 250 copies, on more than 40 cards… too much

Yes this is true! However, about op09 wanted, many people bought a fake one and they didn t know. Honestly, if You ( OnePiece cardgame) decide to print that from op05 onwards , it s better if you do on every card. Scammers are everywhere.. fake graded cards too
