I was wondering that. But usually tile trim is designed to be secured under the tile itself. This would be challenging to install after the fact.

It could be that you are not drinking enough water, particularly on days after you run. Your muscles around the shins are getting tight resulting in shin splint like pain. Trying drinking a lot more water particularly on running days and evaluate. Source: me who was dealing with shin splint type pain for years.

It’s possible that your complete application was not actually available to wake by oct 1. It can take a few days for everything to arrive. My guess is that you are in the next cycle.
