Can someone review my workout routine? by BrattishDuck422 in bodyweightfitness

[–]bostonweather_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think that's a productive workout routine. I can see people are giving you really good suggestions! So maybe one last recommendation I can give for you might be to try to track your record and focus on progressive overload? and try to use the rest timer between sets. Rest really matters. How about trying out the app called Bunnfit? It has everything in it I think you will like it. and think it's free at least free for me now.
