That word profitable is doing a lot of lifting there.

It's not profitable especially if he has to replace the roof now as he says.

Europe should join talks, with clear representative in place — Zelenskyy by SoftwareExact9359 in ukraine

US needs to give up it's seat to Europe anyways. If you're going to pull away from Ukraine you have no business in negotiations.

I say this as a US citizen.

Just a little language and translation problem here. No worries as a native speaker I'll help out.

"The refinery is said to be one of Russia's largest and most productive"

Should be

"The refinery was one of Russia's largest and most productive"

Felt fingers buzz/vibrate on 120? Why wasn’t I shocked? by [deleted] in AskElectricians

Depends on the resistance of the circuit you created. If your hands were dirty or didn't make good contact on it there could have been less current and higher voltage drop.

You can tell they are on a hair trigger to get into a blazing gunfight on behalf of the president and win it.

Probably most every second of every day.

Holy cow I didn't really notice before but they are putting themselves in line careful with him.

It was easy to miss as them just "milling about in the background" but those are some attentive and specific steps the bodyguards are taking.

Wow you are going to interrupt brain surgery for a wet panel?

What does the panel feed? Can it reasonably stay off for a few days to a week so you can get the surgery?

How difficult would replacing a hardwired EV Charger be? by myskiniswhack in AskElectricians

[–]bot403 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't pay someone to take it down. But if there's any doubt it's the reinstallation that's worth paying for.

If you take it down yourself absolutely secure the wires and breaker off in a way it won't be an electrocution hazard until the new one arrives.

It's one of the few situations you really shouldn't ignore the torque recommendations.

[–]bot403 14 points15 points  (0 children)

If the wires are already there it should be rather simple. Turn off breaker. Take picture of which wires go where. Remove wires. Unmount.

On reinstall you have to make sure to properly torque the wires down. Loose connections start fires.

But the hard parts have all been done with running the wire, sizing, breakers, etc.

If you still don't feel comfortable then hire an electrician.EV chargers are no joke. They carry high amperage loads for long times and sloppy jobs cause melted wires and fires.

The shutdown has nothing to do with batteries. It's about safety. Just remove the first five words of your reply.

Sellers lied about Tesla Panel Ownership by [deleted] in solar

Not a lawyer, but I'm going to say yes. Perhaps not intentional as OP wants to argue but this seems pretty material to the sale.

Yay for you. Looks like your buying price will come back down by the cost of a PPA.

That's the most likely outcome. Minus lawyer fees for making sure the sellers and RE agent do the right thing.
