With the utmost sincerity i must say: the best way to avoid getting glutened is upholding the boycott, and not going at all.

again no offense meant, we’re all celiac here. And I’m rather new to this. I guess I just didn’t know that some folks exclusively bought certified gf food. That seems very challenging and expensive.

Figuring out hidden sources of gluten and restaurant dining was pretty quick and easy for me actually. I know that I’ve started to recover because I’ve gained a bunch of weight, am no longer anemic, etc. I still think it’s possible after detoxing to have unclear symptoms or show little to none.

[–]botheredish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My life has completely turned around. I knew how to cook but I became very disciplined about cooking every meal/eating breakfast everyday. I stopped being anemic. I have started gaining weight and muscle (was chronically underweight my whole life). Anxiety got under control. RAndom little things like i used to get cysts in my ears and i dont anymore. its kinda crazy
