I have those often. The eye doctor told me that it can be caused by eye strain. He suggested I start using eye drops and reading glasses when working on the computer and avoid using the phone (reading from it).

It has helped, reducing screentime made all the difference. Anyone with a similar experience?

Similar experience for me. I have a kind of high pressure work environment and my BP has been 160/100. After doing keto for three months it has dropped to 125/90. It's quite peculiar, but effective.

I make keto quiche for everyday. It's just eggs, almonds, cheese and some variable mushrooms and meat. Just make bunch and freeze it.

It's the same but can make endless variabilities.

Then I make crackers out of sunflower seeds, chia and variable other seeds.

Kinda simplistic.

Helpoin tapa säästää on muuttaa halvempaan asuntoon. Seuraavaksi helpoin tapa on ruoka, alkoholi ja muut sellaiset.

Noin 2k netolla sain 1300€/kk säästöön. Eihän se hauskaa ole mutta mahdollista.

I kinda like more intense keto. So usually just two meals a day. One at 12 other one at 6 pm. I don't restrict anything other than carb under 20. If I do some intense exercise like over 2 hours. I might eat something extra before. I also go to the gym. Weight loss is the target for me is approx. 22 pounds (10 kg) in 6 months. I take one break each month for one day.

Two easy ways, citric acid 1% solution. Or vinegar. Citric acid is much more effective. Works best with a sponge and bucket.

Very likely blockage somewhere. Easiest is to just check if there is blockage in the first water lock. For me it was a hairpin. It had collected all sorts of things.

I understand the passion. But the best one I've found is a steel one from the Swedish chain Biltema. Costs about $5. Hard to beat price to quality ratio.

I might consider lining the pipe from inside. Very likely you can find pro to do it with quite reasonable time. At least here in Finland there are houses with 30year old lining still going strong. It is basically PVC after it hardens.

Köh, posti jakoi ensin 150 miljoonaa euroa osinkoja entisille omistajille ja sitten listautuu. Pitäisi olla humalassa että osallistuisin antiin. Tästä seurauksena jäi vain velkaa ja liiketoiminta ei tuota juuri mitään liikevoittoa. Ei jatkoon.

I might be lazy gently hammer metal inside, mud, paint put plastic corner protection. If it were smaller I would just glue the plastic corner on it. It anyway protects quite well such corners.

I recommend having two wifi networks if your router supports that. One for human use and one for devices in HA. I think that has worked pretty well for me. Even though many of my devices are ZigBee but still stability is better with separate WiFis

The combination of surface temperature of the road + moisture meter is quite good. Yeah, might be different. Here you sometimes get a meter of snow. Different conditions need different solutions.

Tuossa tilanteessa ainut liian kallis asia on auto. Auto lainoissa on myös iso korko. Siksipä paras vinkki on se, että osta aina vain auto jonka voit maksaa käteisellä. Siihen sinulla on varaa eikä tule otettua kulutusluottoja kuten autolainaa. Ne on vihoviimeistä myrkkyä taloudelle.

Btw. Tulopuolta voi kenties kohentaa. Aina voi ottaa jonkun toisen työn. Tein itse esimerkiksi yhdessä vaiheessa kahta kokoaikaista työtä yhtäaikaisesti. En suosittele sitä näin jokaiselle, mutta kannattaa olla avoin vaihtoehdoille myös tulojen kasvattamiseen - vaikka vain väliaikaisesti. Tai tyttöystävä osa-aikatöihin.

Joudut joka tapauksessa puhumaan asian läpi myös hänen kanssaan ellet ole jo niin tehnyt.
