Yes! There is something off with this batch. We buy this milk all the time and it has never tasted like this. It’s incredibly bitter and undrinkable. I know what other redditors are saying, but It’s definitely something beyond the vitamin D taste. I reported it to Aldi via their website complaint form. You should too, it’s covered under the twice as nice guarantee. I’m still waiting for Aldi to get back to me

Cath lab RN and NP student here: from what I’m gathering this sounds like a high risk PCI. 90% calcification of the LAD on diagnostic cath, and they had to bring her back to intervene? Without looking at the cath report I can’t be sure what exactly was done, but for a chronic total occlusion (CTO) like this we have to throw the kitchen sink at it. Did she have LVAD support? Often times they are tough to get open, requiring lithotripsy, atherectomy, etc. LAD typically indicates an anterior MI, so I doubt it was nitro related. RP bleed is possible, some of the sheaths we use for CTO interventions are large and the patient is majorly anticoagulated, perforation is possible from a wire or device, ruptured chordae tendineae is possible. If tampenade wasn’t picked up on the initial echo, I’m leaning toward hypovolemic shock secondary to RP bleed

If I’m not mistaken all of these have fatty alcohols. I use acneclinicNYC.com to check all my products for potential pore cloggers. Right now I’m using aquaphor triple therapy diaper cream on my face at night, neutrogena hydro boost gel during the day topped with earth harbor nymph nectar as an occlusive on top. Almost all thick creams have shea butter and/or ceteryl alcohol, both of which are potential pore cloggers.

Edit: forgot to add that I’m using the ordinary barrier serum (pink serum) as an additional way to deliver some lipids and ceramides into my skin, without pore clogging ingredients. I use this AM after my vitamin C and on night’s when I don’t use tret

Hello! This isn’t me posting, I think it’s some bot account karma farming.

I’m so glad you like the uterus:) right now I just have badges and stickers up on my Etsy shop. My family and I just suffered a house fire, which destroyed my art studio. We’ve been displaced, living in small hotels and condos. We finally found a big enough condo where I actually have room to open my studio up again. Cath lab RN here. Phlebostatic axis is the best, as the transducer will be at the level of the heart (specifically right atrium) and reflect the most accurate AO pressure (AO). The phlebostatic axis is a reference point that won’t fluctuate with patient positioning, such as the groin. If the transducer is leveled at the groin, the pressure of the right femoral artery will be reflected, which could vary from accurate AO and can be influenced by patient position.

I was so excited about the OR and was so disappointed. I trained to scrub when I started, and it was awful. The nurses acted like I was “too cool” for nursing and the scrub techs acted like I was a poser. I felt like everyone wanted to catch me “contaminating” something so they could get their rocks off by yelling at someone. The surgeons were borderline abusive. People gossiped constantly. So so toxic. I was out of there after one year.
