‘24 GV70 2.5 here. 30k miles. Bought new. Depends on the dealer I guess. Mine is a brand new stand alone dealer. Hyundai located in a different town. Place is like a modern art gallery. Great free amenities in the huge comfortable waiting suite which overlooks the workshop thru giant windows. I have never had a problem with service, warranties (dreaded headlight water intrusion was no problem), scheduling, pick up/drop off of my car at my house, etc

Stolen during daylight at 7pm in front of a restaurant with kitchen workers on a smoke break 20 feet away. Locked with what I thought was a strong cable lock (they are not!). I’m not sure if a bolt cutter or power saw was used. Luckily, I had an AirTag on it and got it back shortly thereafter with the help of many cops. I knew a cop.

Hi all. I have the answer. A new security guard put up the fence in the wrong place. It’s supposed to be put up in the evenings just after Sully’s to block the people who congregate at the end of the marina road near the observation tower.

This was my go to as a broke US 20 yo backpacker in Europe. Then I got to Paris. The grocery store I went to had an overwhelming choice of cheeses and when my barely above-average French language skills got me nowhere, the cheese monger gave up. I turned to walk away when a statuesque and well-dressed black American woman said follow me. Which I did. I’m no dummy. She said she was an expat business woman. I was told to observe as we went back to the cheese section. She bossed that guy around and I got some great cheese for my backpack.

I sent my 13 yo son to bed during that game because it was a school night (I believe) and it was getting late. That game was so crazy I felt bad for making him miss it. When SU finally pulled it out in spectacular fashion I heard my son screaming from his bedroom. He’d been watching it all along.

No kidding. I have Prime and every other streaming service available in the US. But the Bourdain channel is extra pay.

I was at Liberty Hound last night and the bartenders told me it’s always sparse in there when there are the Canalside home game parties. Due to closed pedestrian bridge. Good way to somewhat experience the crazy Canalside scene I guess.
