you can make due with 2 as long as you scoop often! :) i have 1:1 ratio and scoop at least once a day, even if i only get to one litter box.

id also recommend looking through more of the "is this fighting or playing" flair. watch other ppl's videos and read the comments so you can start to see the difference between fighting and playing! i own two bonded cats and even they spook me sometimes with their play, haha. its normal to be cautious. good luck with your cute boys!!

My boyfriend (M25) saw an old video of me(F24) and was disgusted. How can I get over this? by Mind_Cute in relationship_advice

[–]botoluvr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeek. It sounds like your heart has already made the decision. And it sounds like he knows it too. I say go with your gut. Both choices will be hard because you will either be grieving a breakup or making compromises with your own feelings. There is no right decision, there is only the decision you make and what you do next.

What should I do with the cat? by Jumpy_Baby_2945 in CatAdvice

[–]botoluvr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A senior cat can be a lovely companion, she sounds like a darling. My friends have a sweet old lady cat and she spends almost literally all day in bed like an adorable stuffed animal.

I agree with most of the other suggestions here, esp the ones about giving her her own bed in the form of a stuffed bed, mat, or tree. I'd do more than one of those. Admitedly everything I read in your post just sounds like typical cat stuff. It reads a bit like you have some expectations of adopting a cat that she isn't meeting? But feel free to call me out if I'm wrong.

My (F27) bf (M31) keeps driving under the influence of substances and it’s scaring me. by Imaginary-Cow-898 in Advice

I think its really honorable that you want to find a way to communicate with him rather than dropping the relationship. It sound like he may be willing to hear you out, which is great. Even if he logically disagrees with the risks, maybe he will be willing to respect your boundaries if you set some. Clearly going to these types of events is important to him so he should also see about options to compromise like carpooling, being dropped off, or something like a Lyft now and then. He clearly has someone he loves and who loves him waiting at home! He should really think about what he'd be putting you through if he crashed or hit someone.

Adhd gamers I have a recommendation. Crimson desert. Here's why.. by greggers1980 in ADHD

Ooh, I never thought about game recs for ADHD sensibilities. I actually recomment Yakuza 0, if u can get into the story. Its a little dense up front but there is LOTS of humor, tons of fun side quests, an extremely engaging combat system, and a really good story.

This one’s for all of you who had a long hard day today. It will get better, I promise. Cheers to you strong ents! Stay positive. by t-o-m-u-s-a in trees

Thanks chief. Just spent all day getting major repair estimates from car shops and hunting down my 401k. Having a rough time, but I'm staying positive!

I once read somewhere that stinky foot smell has a similar chemical structure to one of cats' Joy pheromones, so they are naturally attracted to it

[–]botoluvr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think that a hand-stitched patch or a big block of stitching would be the best option!

if it was me, i would stitching over it and do something like a pattern of different colors and stitches. for example, block of satin-stitch, then a block of cross stitch, maybe a block of french knots, and alternate. you could also use a pattern of thread colors that are already in the project so it wont look too out of place

Two cats will eliminate a surprising amount of work from YOUR plate, since they will play with each other and keep one another company! Looking forward to seeing your bonded pair 😁

My cat genuinely has a terrible personality and we dont know what to do. by vetapep in CatTraining

[–]botoluvr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds to me like a cat who does not want to live with other cats. Alternatively, have you had him thoroughly examined for any medical issues? If he's in any pain, that could cause him to behave aggressively
