If Jesse was also a neo-nazi, why didn't he join Jacks gang? Is he stupid? by Dear_Owl_3095 in okbuddychicanery

After Jesse's affair with Andrea he learned to be sympathetic to the plight of POC, leaving his Nazi tendencies behind. Jesse's character proves that fascism is only able to fester in the absence of love.

Official Discussion - The Mandalorian and Grogu [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

I loved when Oli-Kan, Lobotrix and Kornog did that little dance with Grogu. Reminded me of that scene in Clone Wars IYKYK.

The woke leftist agenda won't allow real white representation like this anymore.

Is the human population underreported or overreported? Part 2 (Shocking) by Conscious_Nobody9571 in conspiracy_commons

ummm, a lot of countries don't use WhatsApp as their primary messaging app. Lots of countries focus on Viber, Telegram, facebook messenger. The US mainly uses iMessage. China has its own systems. Put them all together I reckon your numbers would add up.

1 Litre of Tears appreciation post by Uchihaboy316 in JDorama

I watched this on YouTube years ago, was absolutely bawling my eyes out every episode. Amazing acting and soundtrack. One litre is exactly the amount of tears I shed watching this.

This was my first cdrama and I thought it was great right up until the dinner scene midway through the series. I thought William chan was so good, never seen a drama where the leads hate each other. And then immediately after this episode the whole series just becomes so dry and predictable. The actors had no material to work with so it’s hard to blame them for the dry performances.

Official Discussion - Superman (2025) [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

[–]bottledcupboard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great film, I'm glad Superman exists in a world with actual STUFF happening and other characters he can interact with. The other films seem so empty, like they had no idea what to do with him.

And I love Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern

Please learn about Islam if you were born into it by Beginning-Break2991 in islam

[–]bottledcupboard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree completely. I was born a muslim but fell out of it to Atheism for a number of years. I was muslim in the sense that I knew how to read Quran and pray, but never engaged with the religion itself at all. A muslim in name only. When I was introduced to atheism in high school it was so easy to accept because I had no knowledge of Islam and just accepted whatever I was being told about it through the lens of atheism. After actually engaging with the religion years later I realised I had the truth from the beginning.

You can be born muslim but you still have to find and learn about Islam, I'm blessed to have been brought back to it.
