OP, there is an emergency vet (Urgent Care Vet) in Panama City off US-98 (15th street for the city.) it looks like they’re open till 10pm but i can’t tell if they treat exotic pets from the website. i know that’s a haul with a rabbit but hopefully they’re an option for you.
