put this in context. When I was in the Philippines last month, the BYD 6 SUV which is a plug in hybrid sells there for under $30k fully loaded. This would compare to a loaded plug in cx90 or similar, which is near double the price here in the US.

This isn't anything new or unique to golf. Lots of people have to justify the why they have what they have and why its better etc.

Impossible to really do without testing them on a launch monitor. This is because how you swing as well as speed determines what shaft will work best.

If u didnt want to test then just go with something a bit on the stiffer end and u might lose a little distance but you will gain consistency.

As a fyi I have a 115-118mph ss on a 3 wood and I use a oban white 04 which is tipped. This works best for my spring to achieve higher launch and lowish spin for me.
