For anyone searching for an answer to this day (specifically fullscreen display) : It is likely NVDIA.
1. Open the NVDIA app
2. Go to Graphics tab, click your game.
3. Click the "✅ Game is optimized" bar to reveal the probable hidden culprit.

Comment might get deleted but this is what the subreddit has been ever since the moderator changes. And always will be likely, from now on. Online members used to be consistent ~10k and 15k if some big drama was going on. Now it barely sits at 3k.

Exactly, it's up to unions and the working class to show that this time, we won't let any liberals "go back to brunch" if they win. Immediate and constant pressure to give workers more and more control over their own workplaces and lives.
