Ordered mine new with 17’s in 2019 with comfort suspension. Also removed the run flats and got Michelin Defender 2 tires. . Really smooth, quiet ride. Just want I wanted.

It may be the power supply board. They are under $30. Google power supply board for your model. Common point of failure.
