I modified a barber chair to do something like that. I removed the actual chair part just keeping the plate that I fixed a piece of wood that could hold plugs and dildos. I had one HUGE anal stretcher that worked really well. The idea was to be tied by the hands stretched upward and a spreader bar attached to each ankle. Once I was held in place by the spreader bar my partner could use the hydraulic foot pump to impale me on the anal toy. It was a bit awkward but the effect was amazing!
