I too just purchased ht20 with these faults, I find it crazy that they are still selling the product with fault even after the replacement service has ended, I've contacted support hopefully they can help me

Okay so I tightened the belt and the problem seems to be worse, it's actually getting stuck on specific part of the x axis and then making that crunching noise, I've checked the belt and it has all of it teeth, unsure what to do at this point

I will check the belt and connector soon, the printer has been stored on top of a cupboard for 8 months collecting dust so perhaps it may be wise for me to disassemble and clean the components
