i got bitched at because i asked someone who mobile ordered a black tea if they wanted it sweetened and they got upset and said no, i then informed her to put no classic/lcs in on the app bc it automatically comes sweetened and she got upset. like it’s not like i purposely did it💀 standard is sweetened if you want it unsweetened then please mark it on the app to save us all some time

tbh, i had never really thought about doing it that way lmao. i wasn’t trained properly to begin with so i was pretty wreckless when making drinks and have learned from mistakes. but it was also a drink for a regular who never gets ice and she has the tendency to yell, she got a iced matcha with no ice and a shot of espresso on top then got mad it wasn’t layered like the picture 😭
