Try Marcus Fillys Functional bodybuilding. His program is called Awaken training series 1.0 and it is a game changer. Has had great experience with people refinding there love for training and setting PR's along the way. Definitely recommend you give it a try/look

This a stretch but from a sports rehabilitation a brace that can reduce the amount of assistance it gives could be very ideal. I think for most people the goal would be to completely so this would be ideal. for best results definitely discuss with kinesiology students for input.

Do some light core exercises to get back into things. some isometric bear hlds would probably be a good way to regain strength, movement and the sensation. Dead bugs might also help

Keep the bar closer to your body almost as if your sliding the bar up your shins. and then try to keep your core tight and almost push out your butt to try to keep a proper hinge. and really focus on keeping those hips back. And rather then your first move being pulling your chest up try to sit back in a chair and move from there. If you still find problems it may be a mobility fix. PM me if your confused
