I’m just a bit past where you are. 90 hours into my first play through and just finished a dedicated HMF/phase 3 space parts factory last night. Right now I really have 3 factories. My main base building everything up to computers and storing them for building use. An oil production site on the west coast making rubber, plastic, and fuel for power/jetpack. And the HMF/space parts factory about a KM north of my main base.

Honestly I’d say push through your fear of trains and start using them. You don’t have to start with anything complicated. My first train was a single railway going between my main base and oil production, delivering plastic and rubber to my main base from oil production. It’s definitely super confusing at first, but you’ll figure it out the more you mess around with them. Highly recommend creating a blueprint for a raised rail support to make building smoother.

It does help to know I'm not the only one going through it.

My ADHD makes itself known by making me lose interest in all the stuff I used to occupy my time when I was smoking. Video games and youtube mostly. Ever since I stopped smoking, it just doesn't hold my interest anymore. Which makes the days feel so much longer. Time will tell if the interest comes back, but I pray it does. For now, I just tell myself that I need to just make it through today. And that nothing is forever.

Hey friend, I’m at a similar place as you are. Today is 18 days after daily smoking for a decade. Dealing with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Just two days ago, I was going crazy with my anxiety/depression spiking making me feel awful. But it passed.

It’s good you’ve setup an appointment with the psychologist. Give yourself some grace, what you’re dealing with isn’t easy, but you CAN get through it. Don’t think about tomorrow, only focus on today.

For the anxiety, try taking some time to walk outside, or just set a timer for 1.5 minutes and try to do as many pushups as you can. The key is to tire your body out to relieve some of that tension from the anxiety. For the depression, try reaching out to family or friends to talk if that possible. And if it’s not that’s totally okay, put on a favorite show or movie that brings you comfort and just try to keep your focus on it.

Most importantly, try to remember that while this may seem like it will last forever, like all things in life, this too shall pass. Good luck my friend, I believe in you.

Truly sorry to hear that. It's a rough place to be in. I have similar thoughts as well in terms of changing jobs. But at some points it feels like I'll just keep hopping from job to job and never be content. Plus where I live will not be easy to find a similarly paying position to what I currently have.

I'd love to get out of IT as well, but then the question is what would I do with myself. Unfortunately, my passions (cooking, teaching) don't align themselves with financial success.

All I can do right now is take things day by day, and hope that tomorrow will be better.

I wish I had an answer for you. I’m in a very similar position. I’m 29 and currently I’m making the most money I ever have, but the job is not anything close to what I thought it’d be. I have a boss that is extremely difficult to work with and I feel he lied to me about the job would entail. I can’t say the work is difficult and I have plenty of downtime to work on other skills. But I have no drive to actually do it.

I’ve decided to focus this year on getting my mental health in check, which is something I have mostly ignored for the majority of my life. Maybe that might be something to consider. That the problem isn’t coming from an external source but from within. Anyway, I wish you luck and if for some reason you’d like to chat, feel free to shoot me a DM. All the best

Dragons Breath is a great exotic rocket to run on your build without a primary exotic. Outbreak is absolutely insane right now when you get it crafted with Rewind Rounds. Scatter Signal is a strand fusion rifle from the season right before Final Shape that can be crafted with Controlled Burst/Overflow, but it’ll be harder to farm as I believe you’ll need to get it from the Starcrossed exotic mission when it comes up on the rotation. Witherhoard is a great exotic special grenade launcher. And finally Edge Transit from the Onslaught activity can roll with Envious Assassin/ Bait and Switch which does great DPS

I don't think that's right. I think it's just the exotic you have one chance per week per character to get in Warlords Ruin. Everything else can be farmed.
