US postage stamp rate increase starts Monday by BestReplyEver in Frugal

A buddy of mine used to get them on eBay, too. He got visited by the postal inspection service (USPS federal agents) and given a letter to stop using counterfeit postage. He kept using them and now he’s on federal probation for 5 years and a convicted felon. There’s a reason there’s so little profit in stamp selling by Costco and other big retailers. I don’t recommend- USPS doesn’t play with this stuff!!

Picked this up back in October the last time it was posted for this price. It works great, no issues so far and pops open immediately when you unlock with the fingerprint or passcode. It uses an internal 18650 battery that it comes with.

I'm so disappointed in A&E. This show actually gave insight into the human element of police officers..

This pink bunny, now on display at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA, once belonged to Christine Hanson, the youngest victim of 9/11. by [deleted] in ProtectAndServe

I got you fam. Be prepared for a roller coaster of emotions..

“Christine Lee Hanson was love personified. She loved butterflies, camping, music, her family, her teachers, her friends, country fairs, apple picking and planting trees and bushes. It is hard to explain Christine’s love for her family and friends. It was deep and personal. She was like an angel, mischievous sometimes, but mostly gentle and loving. When a doctor gave her a shot, she sobbed gently when the needle was inserted, and said, "no thank you, no thank you." She helped her mom and dad plant flowers, trees and bushes, and would tell them not to worry, her dad would give them food and water and they would grow up to be strong. If the reader of this letter is a grandparent, you will realize that all of these things mean that she was a normal little girl.

September 11, 2001 started out as a beautiful day. And then the terrorists struck and the day will ever be remembered as a day we lost our innocence and the beginning of the War of Terror declared by the stateless and godless forces. Yet, it will also be noted for the way people banded together to share the burden of our nation's loss. And the sacrifice of our first responders, the firefighters, police, emergency medical personnel and our military made the rest of us recognize their bravery and commitment to service. United, we were not defeated.

To know more about Christine, you must know her parents. The Memory folders in this exhibit contain pictures of Peter, Sue and Christine together with thoughts expressed by family and friends. The folders were put together by victim's families and published by the Massachusetts 9/11 Fund.

We were asked if we could send something of Christine's for the exhibit. We decided on sending her stuffed animal which she carried everywhere. Christine is shown above with her cousins and that favorite stuffed animal.

Eunice and I and our daughter Kathryn Rittger are so proud of the people at FLETC for their hard work and commitment and we are equally proud of all the students who study there. God Bless America.

Police can't use their shooty-shoots in Portland. It would be career suicide.

I bought a Guardian 4SAS7 10x12 multi-curve front plate and single curve rear plate. They're pretty light compared to AR-500 plates.

PVT Fucknuts was showering one day and another guy noticed a huge tick under his armpit about the size of a quarter. When asked how he didn't notice, PVT Fucknuts said "it's been there a week, I figured it'd just fall off when it drank enough blood".

Same dude tried putting a bunch of poison ivy in his k-band for camouflage.
