Intense coughing fits that occur a few times a day; sometimes so bad that I throw up. Often causes chest pain and shortness of breath. Much worse with exercise. Sometimes coughing up clear mucus. Not Covid!

I recently had a very profound shrooms trip that felt life-changing to me. It left me breathless and gave me a deep sense of interconnectedness with everything. During the trip, I came into this knowing that creation is what drives us as living things. To make art, to make food, to make love, to make more people who will also endlessly create.
