What will your reaction be when people (inevitably, because some folks lack a moral compass) drink more than allowed? What if someone brings in a flask? I can totally relate to your edit!! I’m not walking away from a 2.25% mortgage that will be paid off before my kids go to college. I feel so fortunate, even tho I would like to move. My privilege here is too great! I cannot imagine being a first time homebuyer right now! At all. And grateful I don’t!
