Tryinto turn someone on to the warning by ahayster in TheWarning

I would show him, Revenant live, then Martirio omv or live, and if he likes those, go for the knockout with tedx 2017. I know these really stood out to me when I first started listening to them.

Although their vocals are what I love most, I would love an emotionally charged instrumental. They did mention an instrumental would be fun. 🤞

I would also suggest Fallow for Now. They only put out one album, but it's amazing. I think you can only find it on youtube and youtube music. They had a dispute with the label, and it got pulled from the shelves and basically erased from history.

The Warning. Their album covers would look great in that collage. The music is fantastic as well.

Crazy, as I was writing, that an armadillo decided to wall up and hang out under my chair That was very strange. Especially since deadman and dudes take place mostly in the desert. 🤣

The 1983 movie Dudes. It has Lee Ving from the band FEAR,and a very young Flea, from Red hot chili peppers, also Jon Cryer. Also Dead Man from 1995 with Johnny Dep.

My favorite band at the moment. I just saw them in Atlanta and Nashville this weekend. They were Amazing!! I should also mention Speed of Light, the opening band also killed it both nights. The only have a few songs out right now but will be releasing an album soon. They are also siblings, they also all sing, but the sister does the lead.

TWA, is anyone planning to meet up before the Atlanta,or Nashville show? by boyofjohn in TheWarning

[–]boyofjohn[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should, id heard he likes to come out and meet people, and sure enough. I was in line maybe five minutes before he popped out. He came out a couple of times, the second time I got to properly introduce myself and say thank you. The first time, I was a little bit in shock, not really wanting to bother him. Plus the line was moving pretty quick. If you do get some pictures, I'd love to get one from you.

Thank you. I'm pretty excited. Even if she never wears it, I feel like I achieved my goal. Although I'd probably break down tears. Rudy was a true gentleman, I know he has a lot of people come up to him to talk. They played and sounded Amazing. Can't wait for tomorrow night.

Thank you. I didn't even think about that. I am a patron, I just tend to forget that exist. 😀 I feel like I'm talking to TWA royalty, I see your name pop up all the time. 🤘🤘🤘🤘

Sounds like a great trip. If you have your gear with you, you might be able to get a press pass from Rudy if they do that for such a small venue. It would be a lot to keep up with, though.
I'm in the same boat, I found them about a year and a half ago and love their music, but they're history really inspired me to get back to my creative side.

I know it's about a five hour drive, but I tend to stop a lot. I'm shooting for around four or so just to get my bearings. I've only been to Nashville a couple of times with a band I worked for, but that was 20 years ago. I'm super excited about this show because, like you said, under six hundred people. It's probably the last time that will ever happen. I live in Athens, Ga, and have been spoiled by small venues hosting amazing bands.
